The Salt Lake Board of Realtors® is the Wasatch Front’s voice of real estate and the No. 1 source for housing market information.

Stippich Design collaborated with the leadership team of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors on the development design, fabrication and installation of the interior signage package. The interior signage package includes interior identification signage, overhead identification signage, directional/wayfinding signage, and room identification signage.

The development phase focused on identifying priorities for a Hall Of Fame recognition that included a strategy to add members to the Hall Of Fame recognition wall as needed. The other area of focus was determining locations for branding identification and method branding identification would be incorporated into the interior signage. Through this process it was determined printed metal plates covered by clear acrylic pieces with a frosted border and attached to the wall by metal standoffs would best meet the need for adding new members to the Hall Of Fame. For the branding element metal medallions attached to the signage with the logo “R” engraved into the surface was determined to meet the greatest amount of design priorities.

The design phase started with determining the color for the signage, then creating and adapting design philosophy for overhead identifications, directory, overhead directionals, and room identification signage. Refining locations and scale for dimensional metal brand indications was also a focus of the design phase. This was accomplished by Stippich Design providing photo realistic renderings for dimensional metal brand identifications, overhead identifications and directory, detail drawings for each sign location, and leading meetings to review, gather feedback, determine how each message and design aligned with priorities for that location to reach finalized designs.
