W3 Partners

About This Project

W3 Partners is a real estate development company. Stippich Design has a long relationship of collaboration on projects with the partners that newly formed W3 Partners. For this latest collaboration Stippich Design was brought in on the development and design of the brand identity and website for W3 Partners.

During the development phase the conversations flowed around how the W and 3 should relate to each other, a color story for the brand, a business card that was less traditional and messaging around the commonality of West as the last name of all three partners.

The design phase finalized a heavy block W with the 3 embedded on the right ascender of the W. For the brand identity the the heavy block W was filled with lines that in the right ascender of the W changed color and became a solid to represent the energy, motion and diverse range of groups needed on a real estate project to breathe it into existence. The business card took on a square shape with an orange sheet between to sheets of white for a distinct side profile and the lines in the heavy block W were foil stamped with metallic foils.  For the website the heavy block W was a solid filled with images that flow in the same manner as the lines from the brand identity. The menu options incorporate the W3 into the headings Wonder, Work, and West to message the company’s process, history and values.
